We take great pride in being a firm that values excellent customer service. Please send us an email at info@thefragrancesamples.com if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase so we can help you return it and get a refund.

We do not cover refund fee's, all refunds are paid for by the customer.

The only time a return can be made is within the first 14 days of the receiving the products.
